History: Raised and born in the wild, he was always the odd one out in his family. A black sheep. At a young age, he fled from his home in search of someone that would care for him despite his odd personality. Taking a roost in Hoenn, he fell in love with a beautiful Altaria and they raised a family together. However, he did not have a happy ending as his loved ones were slaughtered before him by humans and he himself was taken in for experimentation. Once the Epidemic broke out, Xatu took route right back to Hoenn. He is ruthless, breaking his prey's mind within seconds before breaking their body apart with his Peck and Psychic.
