Wolfe the Undead Garchomp [Floater]

Wolfe was born into powerful, prestigious family of wild Garchomp, that ruled a large portion of territory in Sinnoh. His father had been caught and released by his former trainer and showed him how to use TM's to learn moves, and since his family were treasure/item hoarders they had an small supply of TM's. They were famous among humans for raiding nearby town's shops at night for food and other items, more often than not tearing up the buildings in the process. Wolfe had been trained from a very early age to fight and steal since he was heir to inherit his father's and mother's land. He was often brutalized if he refused to train or carry out orders his elders would give him which led him to eventually giving up most of his emotions for compliance and strength.

Wolfe was right in line for inheriting his father's rule when family had heard of the spread of the infection - right when it was becoming too late. In fact, it was one of their own that turned sick and started to spread it through the family. They took extensive measures to prevent the spread of it to Wolfe by keeping him hidden away at all times even though he was fully grown, banishing clan members who were infected, and kill any of them who defied the leader's orders to leave.

Wolfe had sneaked out of the cave - cuz he used to be a rebel like that - and came upon an undead. He knew it would be dangerous but he killed the Pokemon mercilessly, but not before getting blood sprayed into his eyes from slashing his victim's arteries. He was intensely panicked for days after, feeling his body going through some sort of change and his body go hot and cold inexplicably. He came down with uncontrollable sickness, and he began violently vomiting his food up until he was pole-thin. His tremoring only scared him further until his brain started to die. Soon after, he became crazy one day and bloodily slaughtered any clan members who came near. Even when encountered by his parents in his rage, he killed both of them, with his mind unfortunately still somewhat aware of his actions. His insecurities sprang forth most of all, the thing that the virus latched onto as a mental quirk that would plague him for the rest of his physical existence.

In his growing rage, he left his home with only a few members left alive who were scarred by the event. The only reason they were left alive, fortunately, is because Wolfe did not see them. As he screamed in confused, misguided rage, he tore all the skin off of his fins using rocks and trees. He used anything he came by as he tore through the forest, and by the end the trees and grass were painted with blood, and Wolfe's nerves were raw and screeching in pain. And he could still feel that, and still somewhere deep in his consciousness he was still somewhat alive. He cried, blood gurgling in his mouth as the virus left him horribly confused and in anguish before most of his brain death that turned him into a complete monster.

Bloody and skinny. A lot of areas have hanging flesh and he still sometimes bleeds, so it drips from the ribbons of flesh. Most of his noises are gurgled and screechy because his vocal chords and lungs are ruined. His claws, are sharpened like blades and most of the skin on his nose and bullet-horns are gone. His left claw is barbed from over-use, and the splintered bone makes it excruciating to use as a weapon. His right is scythe-like. His fins have been stripped of flesh, and they are also sharped like blades. His stomach is torn open and his organs have long fell out.

Very straight forward and blunt. Classic zombie sort of attitude of blood and brains , now that he is mostly dead. He does not remember his old life at all, and is mostly dead mentally enough to where he has little ability to communicate or have coherent and somewhat rational thought. He has an insatiable need to kill, and will go after anything he sets his eyes on.
